We Are Hiring Now for Travel Agency Located in Cairo " Down Town – Tahrir ", A Secretary.
Main duties:
▫️Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
▫️Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms.
▫️Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
▫️Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
▫️Undertake occasional receptionist duties.
Job Requirements:
▪️Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant from 1 till 3 years.
▪️ good in English.
▪️Very good in mo. programs (word - excel- outlook).
▪️Cairo residence is preferred.
Work hours: from 9 am till 5 pm.
salary will discuss during the interview according to experience.
